The top of the menu features vibrant artwork titled “Fort Jesus, Mombasa”, alongside a detailed illustration of a traditional dhow. This artwork style is consistent with pieces produced by Ken Young, A.R.P.S., a frequent contributor to Union-Castle materials, though uncredited here.
